What if I change my mind?
If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your lesson(s) or with the SeeYouSpeak service a refund will be given for any unused lessons.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can easily cancel or reschedule a lesson anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees, however at least 12 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Can I mix lesson types?
Absolutely. It's even encouraged. You can mix lessons in all packages (A, B, or C). Each lesson YOU choose: INTERCHANGE or FREE-TALK or CREATE-YOUR-OWN
